Cost And Fees

Other than a 1% fee for early withdrawal, there are no fees associated with depositing or withdrawing your funds.

Account Minimum

A $25,000 minimum balance is required to open an account.

Account Maximum

No more than $2,000,000 can be held by any one investor in any single maturity.

Redemptions

Redemption notices are sent out 50 days before maturity. Depositors wishing to redeem should let us know via email and the investment will be paid out on the due date plus any accrued interest. Depositors wishing to roll the investment for another term need not respond to the email.

Guarantee

The schools provide us with a full recourse note and guarantee the students' loans. Any students that default are covered by the school.

Financially Strong

The schools with which we deal are financially strong and most are Title IV schools. In addition, the funds backing the loans have in excess of 30% of the total portfolio in liquid proceeds to ensure liquidity and to protect depositors further against default.

Interest

Interest can be accrued or paid monthly. Interest paid monthly is paid on the 5th of the month.

Collateral

Student loans provide the collateral base. Students are educated at for profit trade schools and specialize in health care, IT and other trades and work in all 50 states and abroad giving the product a high degree of geographical and economic diversity.
